Can we change classes after starting?
Absolutely! If your child has a change of heart, you can contact the office and we can accommodate a class change. You can also drop classes at any time with no obligation past the current month.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you decide to withdraw from our classes, you are responsible for the current month tuition. You must notify the office of withdrawal at least 2 weeks prior to the end of the month to avoid additional charges. We do not offer refunds of any kind.
What is the financial obligation?
Annual registration is due every August. Tuition is due the 1st of every month and is due regardless of your child’s attendance. Payment methods accepted are check, cash, card, EFA Funds, and automatic bank draft. You may withdrawal at any time. If you are on automatic bank draft, you must terminate your draft at least 2 weeks prior to withdrawal.
How do I schedule a make-up class?
If you miss a regularly scheduled class for any reason, you will receive a make-up token. Make up tokens expire after 3 months. You MUST be a currently enrolled student to use the tokens. You can call the office during business hours or click here to schedule a make-up class.
Do you offer private training sessions?
Yes, we do. Contact us at [email protected] to schedule your private. Private sessions are offered for tumble/cheer and gymnastics. -*Cost is $35/30 min or $60/60 min*
